Merchandiser / Retail Buyer
(Selangor - Bandar Puteri Puchong)
* Plan and select a range of products to sell to online retail customers.
* Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
* Constantly Source for new suppliers for future products.
* Manage plans for stock levels, reacting to changes in demand and in logistics.
* Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract.
* Manage promotional activities and seasonal events.
* Keep abreast of competition, product price, trends and strategies.
* Responsible for margin performance and category management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in retail industry required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Puteri Puchong.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
