1. User will receive a Sunway Pals e-Gift card with a set of 16 digit Pals e-Gift card number and activation code (Card code).
2. e-Gift card value is equivalent as cash value but strictly non-exchangable for cash.
3. e-Gift card value is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of e-Gift card. No refunds will be given for expired e-Gift card.

5. Sunway Pals e-Gift card is open to all individuals who are 13 years of age and above.

How to Activate the e-Gift Card?

1. Download - User will need to download the 'Pals for life' Mobile app in Playstore or App Store.
2. Login/register to the 'Pals for Life' mobile app
3. Click 'Loyalty' and then click ‘Add Card’. Key in the 16 digit card number and enter the activation code (card code) to activate the Pals Points into the member’s account.
