MoraKniv Frosts Chefs Knife 4171 PG Professional Food Industry Knife
Double-molded rubber grip with an etched structure, especially suitable for wet conditions. The blade is 176 mm long and made of Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees for maximum hardness. Hardness: 58 HRC.
