• 40D softshell exterior, DWR coating
• 50D seam sealed liner, UTS coating
• Closed cell PE foam padding
• Hypalon reinforced high-cycle velcro
• 210D bonded nylon thread

Coating Specs

• UTS coating (ultra tear strength): waterproofing and tear strength increase of 30%
• PU coating (polyurethane): durable waterproofing
• DWR coating (durable water repellent): water beads up and slicks off

Fast access + full waterproof modes Integrated drybag liner inside the Laptop Base layer can be folded over for fast access, or rolled 3+ times before securing hook and loop closure for rated waterproofing. Foam padding protects from bumps and scratches.
Additional on-board storage On board front zipper pocket for chargers, mice, or other accessories. Durable powermesh is stretchy, expandable, and secure.
Rugged, durable protection Built from 420 Denier nylon with a UTS coating, the Laptop Base Layer is inspired by outdoor equipment and engineered to go off the grid.
