The Kettler Latex Flexiband is ideal for people who are going for light muscle toning exercises. It is especially suitable for exercising muscles of the arms, chest, shoulders and upper back. That said, if a guide to basic exercises with the flexiband had been included, it would have made for a more complete package.

As can be expected, the Kettler Latex Flexiband is light-weight and flexible. You can easily store it away when it's not used - fold it, roll it or hang it, it's up to you.
