My choice of color was out of stock but none of the superbuy team members contacted me. after almost 4 days i contacted them only told me about it and offer the other color. only after 1 week of full payment that i received the item. the product itself is ok. the metal contact and rope was stiff and needed some lubricant to smooth it.
