• Add 3–6 drops to your diffuser.
• Diffuse for 30–60 minutes at a time.

Dilute it before applying to the skin

For the face:
Blend with 30ml jojoba, squalane, or rosehip oil, 3–6 drops rose geranium essential oil (0.5–1% dilution)
For the body:
Blend with 30ml carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond oil, fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, rosehip oil, argan oil), 6–12 drops rose geranium essential oil (1–2% dilution)

For Personal aromatherapy, place 1 drop on an aromatherapy inhaler or tissue and inhale gently for a few minutes when you want a calming floral scent.
