Best Usage Way:

• Add 3–6 drops to your diffuser.
• Diffuse for 30–60 minutes at a time.

Can use as massage oil

• Dilute it before applying to the skin.
• Can blend it with 30ml jojoba or sweet almond oil, 6–12 drops juniper berry essential oil (1–2% dilution). With this massage blend, you can easily massage it to shoulders, lower back, legs or feet after a long day.

For Personal inhalation, place 1 drop on a tissue or an aromatherapy inhaler and inhale gently for a few minutes when you want a grounding scent.
