I 'm so very disappointed and frustrated after i received my item. What makes it so surprising is the box is not seal like a new item and after i open it the tab screen is full with the finger print here and there. So from that scenario above i know that i have been cheated and i know that item is not truly new but a display unit. Normally if we buy any new electronic device there are half of battery on it. But this item i need to charge first before i can open it because the battery is totally out. After charging a while i turn the power on and i realized there are no sound from it, just a picture. And the tab sometimes hanging and i need to restart many times. I try to play some videos from the youtube kids also the result is the same.

My kids loves it. It is easy to navigate and manageable for my 3 years old child.
