The box was too big for me to carry and the handling crew help to carry to my car. He carry it rather than using a trolley. I forget to check on the spot but the crew mention, they receive the item in the morning and I pick up before 11am. Item inside is good with full accessories (2 baking tray, 1 net rack, 1 rotisseries rod with 2 clams, 1 rotisseries handle, 1 tray/rack handle, instruction manual, warranty card and safety guide.
