3. Lead time to start work min: 1-2 weeks upon confirmation of order and subject to stock availability 
4. Existing sub flooring require to be solid, level and smooth for the installation of the SPC Flooring and WPC Outdoor Deck.
5. Quantity below min order quantity (MOQ) will be subject to surcharge. SPC Floor– 400 SF and WPC Deck 100 SF
