1. The value of this gift voucher stated herein is in Malaysia Ringgit.
2. This gift voucher is not valid after the expiry date as per stated. 
3. Only original gift vouchers with the official stamp of BESTA Mart (M) Sdn. Bhd. (1114518-U) and an authorized signature will be accepted.
4. Gift vouchers are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender and cannot be combined with gift vouchers of other denominations.  
5. This gift voucher can be used for purchase of BESTA Electronic Dictionary, AirTamer Personal Air Purifier, AVISION Mobile Scanner, BESTA Car DVRs, AMIUX Car DVRs and accessories.
6. If the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the gift voucher during the redemption of goods, the balance thereof should be paid by the bearer.
7. However, if the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the gift voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
8. Damaged gift vouchers will be considered as invalid gift vouchers and will not be replaced. BESTA Mart (M) Sdn. Bhd. (1114518-U) shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any gift voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this gift voucher that arise from or are in connection with the loss or damage of the gift voucher. 
9. BESTA Mart (M) Sdn. Bhd. (1114518-U) reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
